1. Offer and Acceptance**

The Academy agrees to provide the Complete Perinatal Professional Certification Series, consisting of the following nine (9) programs (Controller):

1. Birth Doula Certification Program (CD)

2. Postpartum Doula Certification Program (CPD)

3. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Birth Workers

4. Certified Breastfeeding Counselor Program (CBC)

5. Certified Childbirth Educator Program (CBE)

6. Advanced Lactation

7. Perinatal Nutrition Educator (CPNE)

8. Certified Perinatal Transitional Doula

9. Grief Specialist

**2. Cost and Payment Terms**

The total cost for the Complete Perinatal Professional Certification Series is $5,000. This amount reflects a savings of $1,320 off the retail value of $6,320.

**2.1 Payment Structure**

**3. Terms of Participation**

3.1 The Client must complete all programs listed above to obtain the certification.

3.3 Attendance and engagement are crucial. The Client is expected to adhere to Academy’s policies regarding participation.

**4. Cancellation Policy**

4.1 If the Client needs to cancel their participation in the certification series, they must notify the Academy in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date of the first program for any eligible refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

4.2 If the Client cancels within 14 days of the first program, they forfeit the total tuition paid.

**4.3 Rescheduling**

The Client may be able to reschedule classes to different cohorts, subject to availability and at the Academy’s discretion.

**5. Certification and Accreditation**

Upon successful completion of all certification program requirements, including any necessary assignments and assessments, the Academy will issue a certificate indicating successful completion of the Complete Perinatal Professional Certification Series.

**6. Liability Waiver**

The Client understands that participation in programs may contain risks and thereby acknowledges that participation is voluntary. By signing this Contract, the Client waives any claims against the Academy arising out of the Client's participation in the certification series.

**7. Governing Law**

This Contract shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
